Order Processing

Guldar Organics operates as an online-first business. Our standard business hours are 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days of order placement using our trusted delivery partners.

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on the customer’s location and courier operations. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, actual delivery is subject to factors beyond our control.

Customers can generally expect their orders to be delivered within 7–10 working days from the date of order placement.

Delays & Exceptions

Delivery timelines may be impacted due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

Courier delays or operational issues
Remote or non-serviceable locations
Weather conditions, strikes, or natural disruptions
Festive periods or high-volume sale events

While we actively coordinate with our logistics partners to minimise delays, Guldar Organics cannot guarantee delivery dates and shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
