Quality Assurance

Guldar Organics takes great pride in ensuring that customers receive exactly what they see and expect. Every product is thoroughly tested and reviewed before dispatch.

In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or production-related issue, customers are eligible for a no-questions-asked replacement, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Exchange Policy

Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving the order.

Once the returned product reaches us, it will undergo a quality inspection. The product must be:

• Unused and unopened
• In its original packaging
• In the same condition as it was dispatched

After successful inspection, the exchange process will be initiated. The replacement product must be of the same or higher value than the original order. Partial exchanges of an order are not permitted.

Please allow 10–12 working days for the complete exchange process, including inspection and re-dispatch.

Note: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

We currently do not offer refunds unless the order is cancelled by us or deemed unfulfillable. Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original mode of payment.

Order Cancellation

While customers place orders at their discretion, Guldar Organics reserves the right to hold, refuse, or cancel any order without liability if it is suspected to be fraudulent, malicious, or in violation of these terms.

Orders may also be cancelled due to:

• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Stock unavailability
• Failure to complete verification checks

In such cases, we may contact you for additional information or notify you of the cancellation.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been successfully processed, the amount will be reversed to the original payment method within the standard banking timeline. Any promotional vouchers or discount codes used may not be refunded.

In cases of suspected fraudulent activity, Guldar Organics reserves the right to report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities and share transaction details as required by law.
